The Unstruck Heart: Remaining Open Without Losing Yourself

Where practice Meets connection.
Each practice is designed to meet you where you are, offering space to build strength, mobility, and ease while cultivating a deeper connection to your mind + body.
Each class supports proper alignment and purposeful progression—creating a practice that feels both challenging and elegantly supported.
Retreats are an intentional pause from everyday life—a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
At Sol Yoga, classes begin promptly at the scheduled time, and studio doors are locked once practice begins to preserve a calm, uninterrupted environment for everyone in the room. New students are kindly asked to arrive about 15 minutes early to check in and get oriented. Returning students should plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Please note that our studio uses infrared heat.
